swimmers
Anna’s photography is rooted in the cold-water landscapes of Scotland and the people who choose to swim in them. Over six years, she travelled across coastlines, lochs and rivers meeting hundreds of wild swimmers, listening to their stories of resilience, community, healing and joy. Her portrait work captures these moments with honesty and depth, swimmers framed by weather, water and wildness, creating a visual record of the people who brave the cold for connection, adventure and wellbeing. Her portraits have been featured extensively in the national media including: The Daily Telegraph, The Guardian, Outdoor Swimmer, The Outdoor Swimming Society, The Times, Daily Record, The Herald, The Scotsman, Sainsbury’s Magazine, Hood, Sunday Post and Bored Panda,
