ANNA IS A PHOTOGRAPHER AND WRITER BASED IN EDINBURGH

Working professionally behind the lens since 2007, she specialises in environmental portraiture, wild swimming, nature, wellbeing and travel. Anna’s photographic and written features have appeared widely across the national press, including The GuardianThe TelegraphStylist and The Scotsman  as well as in large-scale exhibitions.

Since 2019 she has co-written eight published books, including Taking The PlungeFor The Love Of TreesThe Art of Wild Swimming series, The Ripple Effect, and Swimming Wild Ireland, all published by Black & White Publishing/Bonnier. In 2021 she also co-wrote The Wild Guide Balearic Islands with her sister Lizzie Graham, shaped by years of travel throughout Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera, published by Wild Things Publishing

Anna shares her work, inspiration and outdoor life on Instagram at @thewildfix, and was named by The Sunday Times Magazine as one of the top seven Health & Fitness influencers to follow in 2023. Anna also works with both small and international brands to create thoughtful visual and editorial content, with clients including MINI, Speedo, Kit Kat, Scotland Is Now, Cape Cove, Selkie and more.

Before her life as a photographer and author, Anna spent over a decade working in London’s music and entertainment industry, specialising in PR and large-scale live events including the NME Awards, Isle of Wight Festival, Ibiza Rocks, the MOBO Awards, British Comedy Awards and the Teenage Cancer Trust concerts. She co-founded the PR agency Amazing Media in 2004, where she helped forge pioneering partnerships between leading brands and the live music scene. She also worked closely with artists including The Who, Jamiroquai, Anastacia, Beverley Knight, Sia, Big Brotherand many others. She is currently collaborating with the iconic Old Course Hotel as a wellbeing consultant, curating seasonal retreats that bring together wild swimming, mindful photography and contrast therapy featuring guests such as broadcaster Louise Minchin to explore special topics such as adventure and books.
